I am absolutely proud to be celebrating 25 years in this industry. I have had some incredible moments, however the most important moment in my career was the decision to return to Haiti. From the creation of Gout et Saveurs Lakay to Taste of Haiti but most importantly becoming a culinary ambassador for Haiti. So far i can say that i am blessed to be able to continue this journey despise my struggles to regain 100% percent of my mobility. I am grateful for the support i have received from friends and family, colleagues and followers you all have been beyond my faith the fuel for continuing to push forward. So many things still to accomplish and do, i am excited about the second half of 2024 and of course with Gods Grace as I celebrate 52 years in August i am looking forward to doing more.
